Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

Effective date: 6 October 2026. This policy applies to giftcampaign.shop, accounts, reviews and communications with Gift Campaign SL. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Responsible use

Use the store lawfully, provide accurate details, respect privacy and secure your account. Use only accounts, payment methods and recipient information you are authorised to use.

3. Fraud and abuse

Do not place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment details, impersonate others or abuse discounts, reviews or returns through deception. Threats, harassment, unlawful discrimination and publishing another person’s private information are prohibited.

4. Security and automation

Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or disrupt the store. Automated activity must not extract personal information, circumvent access limits or interfere with availability.

5. Reviews and submitted content

Reviews must reflect your own experience and remain relevant. Do not post spam, misleading endorsements, unlawful material or content infringing others’ rights. Never include passwords, card details or other people’s personal data. Clearly labelled sample content is not a verified buyer endorsement.

6. Intellectual property

Do not commercially exploit our branding, photography or original content without permission or a lawful basis. Submit only content you may lawfully share. This policy does not restrict lawful quotation or consumer criticism.

7. Reporting concerns

Email [email protected] with the relevant page or order reference. Provide only details needed to investigate. Do not send secrets or access other customers’ information to demonstrate an issue.

8. Enforcement and review

We may investigate misuse, remove unlawful content or restrict accounts where justified. Measures must be proportionate and comply with law. Where appropriate we explain reasons and allow contact for review. Restrictions do not remove statutory consumer rights or lawful refund obligations.
